In the Combe family, everyone has to get an MBA and relevant work experience elsewhere before joining the family business, Combe Incorporated, a global CPG company whose brands include Vagisil, Just for Men and Sea Bond, among others. For Keech, that meant graduating from the Kellogg School of Management and working at Estee Lauder. Tough rules but by her own account, establishing her credentials and creating a professional identity before joining the family firm was important in her rise to the top.
