Launch is usually in your 20s, that period post college/grad school before starting your own family. This is a time for exponential growth and learning, for paying your dues, earning your stripes and beginning to make a name for yourself. Many have written about the importance of making these early career choices as big and bold as you can. And I agree! Do it while you’ve got fewer responsibilities and less to lose. If I hadn’t moved overseas for a job opportunity in my mid-twenties, I’m not sure I would’ve had the nerve later on. And I would’ve missed out on some of the most amazing and transformative experiences of my career – and life.
